Administration Assistant

A new role exists for an Administration Assistant to work in a busy Graphic Design Studio based in central Lincolnshire.

The studio has been serving clients nationally for 20 years and has a strong reputation for high quality creativity in print and online. City Graphics Partnership’s skills and services rival those in the UK’s major cities, so this represents a unique entry-level opportunity for the right individual.

The job entails telephone, typing, filing, post and simple research, with strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook to support vibrant communications channels to both clients and suppliers.

A graduate is preferred but not essential.

What is essential is a lively personality with a desire to enjoy the working day along with the ability to meet tight deadlines and solve problems punctually and with professionalism.

The studio is based in the Wolds, equidistant from Grimsby and Lincoln (approx. 25 minute drive) and just a 5 minute drive from Market Rasen. Tealby is not served by public transport to fit the working day so you will need your own transport to get here. A pool car is available for company business.
